Queer Darlings 2 CHICKS* Love me harder

2020 March 26 | 20.30
2020 March 27 28 | 21.00
In German and English

Please note that stroboscopic effects are used in this performance.

Welcome to the erotic cuddle palace! Love me harder is looking for a queer, fluid version of male eroticism that allows insecurities and makes consent a principle. Familiar images of masculinity become fragile and interweave with the story of the Jewish queer main character. What social circumstances and personal experiences shape our desires? And how free are we to live them?

CHICKS* FREIES PERFORMANCEKOLLEKTIV unites various experts and interdisciplinary artists in the idea of a queerfeminist network. In intensive research processes, CHICKS* search for things they have in common in their different life realities, what drives them, what they want to get rid of, what they want to change. They question social images of gender, sexuality and power. Gianna Pargätzi and Marietheres Jesse are the artistic directors of CHICKS*. They are directors, scenographers, performers and mediators of theatre and feminist empowerment.
