Book LAUNCH with discussion and drinks

This interdisciplinary publication brings together contributions from the fields of theatre, dance, music, art and media studies, among others, on the reciprocal movements between dance, (musical) theatre and other media, "downstream" or parallel, as well as the transfers between art genres and their forms of media expression. The book was based on an international symposium in the context of the DFG project ÜberReste, for which the Sophiensæle offered space for productive exchange and discussion in April 2016. With Routledge, a publishing house has now been found to provide an international platform for advanced German-language research and artistic positions in the field of reenactment, documentation and media transfer.

WITH the editors and short contributions by Franz Anton Cramer, Wolfgang Ernst, Sigrid Gareis, Alexandra Hennig, Joy Kristin Kalu, Kirsten Maar and Isa Wortelkamp, among others
