The affinity group for queer BIPoC disabled group KIWI – Knowing institutions from within invites to an open meeting in the SAG space on Wednesday June 14 from 16.00 to 18.00, hosted by Tis Aly. The group is an attempt to bring folks to share their experiences in working with institutions and find ways to deal with their lack of looking at certain issues, envisioning what can be reviewed and renewed. KIWI invites to look for common grounds and ways to start, open or continue dialogues with institutions of art related to politics towards BIPoC, crip and queer folks.
Who is invited: BIPoCs, Crips and Queers, professionals of art, independent artists, lawyers, policy makers, social studies, people working in the fields and on its various branches of it. For the gathering within the frame of Leisure and Pleasure the group will be open for allies, with Lena Kollender and Mateusz Szymanówka from the curatorial team of the festival, also present at this session.
