Fascinated by psychopathic behavior, which can simultaneously be frightening while charming, The Players test out the mechanisms of power and control in the form of a game: on seemingly safe turf the influence of social status, manipulation and human calculation are tested. But playing a game is not always as harmless as it seems. Round for round the players out do themselves in impressing, tricking and bragging until sheer showmanship begins to turn into aggressiveness and violence. The performance even won a jury and audience award at the 6 tage frei-festival in Stuttgart. Are you ready to play?
