Lecture / Musikperformance
Suitable for English Speakers
Using a sampler, vocoder and a women’s choir Gérald Kurdian gives accounts of the queer moments of his life. His homage to the fighters, who advocate for the redefinition of the body and its rituals, is simultaneously a musical, a stand-up comedy, choreography and documentation. A genderfluid evening which merges fiction and autobiography.
CONCEPT, PERFORMANCE Gérald Kurdian
A production by Décor de l'Envers. Supported by APAP / Le Centquatre (Paris), La Bellone (Brüssel), La Casa Encendida und CA2M (Madrid). Media partners: Jungle World, Zitty and taz.die tageszeitung.
