It has been seven years now that this freedom fighter has been imprisoned without being charged. But his wife is keeping the fight for their political agenda alive and is fighting from the inside as the prison guard Fidelio. The revolution is up for purchase and the movement needs money. Beethoven already knew this, although he admittedly didn’t finance an underground movement but was trapped in a web of capitalist-bourgeois expectations. In Gold, the third episode of the four-part Fidelio series, they are taking stock! How and with what can the revolution be funded?
