Women and cars - for some people these two motives are an important erotic constant when they appear together, complete happiness can be achieved for a moment. In their car wash performance Henrike Iglesias familiarize themselves with rims, underbodies and windshield wipers. While the audience enters the garage, closes the car windows and listens to a pop song on the radio, Henrike Iglesias reconstructs the erotic fantasy of women and cars outside the car in a performative way. Despite the faradic cage, there are moments of real intimacy and attempts at real eroticism that defy stereotypical images.
