Die Aufführung
Herborth/Mohren’s newest work is simply called Die Aufführung (The Performance). With this piece the artist duo seeks to question categories from the worlds of life and work that surround them. A stage setting, which can be entered, allows for encounters between fictional and real people. It’s about experiencing connections, the majesty of diagrams and sorting through one’s own memories. An elaborate game between categories and attributions ensues.
