Raus aus dem Kopf, rein in den Körper
The workshop series for everyone who wants to bring more movement into their (working) everyday life! Different exercises and small choreographies which are easily transferable to practice with children, teenagers and adults are tested playfully. A script summarizes all the exercises in a detailed guide for your own pedagogical work.
Strong boys, shy girls? Working in a pedagogical context also means confronting gender stereotypes. How can girls in particular be empowered to feel comfortable in their bodies? Movement-oriented exercises teach tools that can be easily implemented in everyday life with young people. The piece Fan de Ellas, which will be shown after the workshop, celebrates "female power" and is a perfect complement to the workshop.
Previous dancing or somatic experience is not required. Please bring comfortable clothes and something to drink.
