On an average day I sleep 7.3 hours, three of which are spent in deep sleep, I consume 2100 calories and run 7.5 kilometers in 10,714 steps. Sounds like a lot? Healthy and athletic? Or is it too little? Maybe lazy and undisciplined? Today armbands are equipped with sensors that allow us to record the habits of our own body and then the data is translated with the help of apps. But what does this information tell us? And how does it influence our behaviour?
