An obstacle course between performance, science and encounters with experts: body optimization is the name of the game, and it will be discursively and practically scrutinized. There will be short lectures and performances covering four focal points, after the presentations the circuit trainers will play their best tunes.

Contemporary and ballroom dancing under the influence of the changing cultural technologies.
