The ancient philosopher Pythagoras divided human life into four seasons. In reference to this, the poet Ovid described the entire world in the image of the metamorphosis. In this play, four formidable actresses in the autumn of their lives are recapitulating: What has happened and what is not going to happen anymore? They don’t act, but embody the passing of time.
