For two weeks THE FUTURE IS F*E*M*A*L*E* will transform the Sophiensaele into a Feminist-Utopian community for all – women*, trans*, inter* and men*. The festival creates a platform for Berlin-based and international artists, and invites all to examine feminist issues and topics: aesthetically and with humor, spectacularly and unspectacularly – but always together.

We want to make you laugh until you cry! We want to get your opinions and see your dance moves! We want to practice boxing, learn together, discuss and drink schnaps or lemonade with you! With performances, action-packed club nights, theater, dance, stand-up comedy, lectures, workshops and parties we want to create a space for various feminist stances. We look forward to seeing you!
