tIED tO tONES is a collaboration between harp artist Camille O (fka Hans Unstern) and choreographer Jule Flierl. Together they create a harp installation made of piano wire that crosses the Kantine space and is activated with bodies, voices and prostheses. They relate musical material from the Baroque with self-written and -composed songs, specifically created for the space harp. The performance deals with the future expectations of ecological and physical decay as well as the need for forgiveness and a new beginning.

Camille O (fka Hans Unstern) is a multitude who makes songs, lyrics, musical instruments, albums, radio plays and performance. Camille O’s lyrics oscillate between modern fairy tales, a critique of myths and the modern fairy tales, criticism of the myth of the binary gender order and their own working conditions in capitalism.
Jule Flierl works with choreography and voice to unsettle the relationship between seeing and hearing. She is fascinated how conceptions of the body transform over time and that voice as a technology of the Self always finds new relations to the body. Flierl collaborates with choreographer Antonia Baehr and ToneDancer Irena Z. Tomažin.
