Renting

The spaces of Sophiensæle are available for rental for private, non-artistic events. For more information, contact us at +49 (0)30 278 900-53 or send an e-mail to vermietung@sophiensaele.com.

All rentable spaces are located in the middle wing of the former craftsman’s workshop built in 1904/1905. The Festsaal holds a maximum of 250 people, the associated Foyer can hold 100 people. For smaller events the Hochzeitssaal with its own foyer can be rented. It holds a maximum of 100 persons. The Kantine on the ground floor can also hold a maximum of 100 people and is directly accessible from the inner courtyard. Raum 213 can hold up to 50 people. Depending on availability, the rooms can be rented individually or as a whole. Totally, the house is approved for a maximum of 350 persons at the same time.

Access: via two staircases and the elevator

A foyer located in front of the Festsaal can also be rented separately.

Equipment: mobile bar, furniture if required
Access: via the left staircase, the Festsaal and the elevator

Hochzeitssaal

Floor: 3
Size: approx. 240 m² (12 m x 20 m)

Number of persons: max. 100
Equipment: flexible grandstand with seat cushion, 5 m x 10 m
Access: via both staircases and the elevator

In front of the Hochzeitssaal is a separate foyer including a kitchen, which can be rented as required.

The availability of technical equipment varies from room to room. Light, sound and video equipment can be installed if desired and available on the date.
