Olivia Wenzel
OLIVIA WENZEL, born 1985 in Weimar, studied cultural sciences and aesthetic practice at the University of Hildesheim. She is writing theatre texts and prose, and most recently made music as Otis Foulie. Wenzel's plays have been performed at the Munich Kammerspiele, the Hamburg Thalia Theater, the Deutsches Theater Berlin and the Ballhaus Naunynstrasse, among others. Besides writing, she works in workshops with children, teenagers and young adults. In the independent theatre scene she collaborates as a performer with collectives such as vorschlag:hammer. 1000 serpentinen angst is her first novel.
