Four days, four pieces- by adolescents for adolescents! In the past few months 30 young adults in four different collaborative projects in Berlin have gained vast experience in contemporary dance and performance art. Together with professional choreographers and directors, they developed their own pieces that personally move them and that revolve around their world. The world of everyday life and the arts world join the realms of school, city and theater.

Now their productions will be premiered at the first ever Youth Festival in the Sophiensaele! We are clearing out the halls and making way for an explosion of energy in four multifaceted pieces about manipulative apps, a missing Jane Doe, the riddle of collective loneliness and the horror of a new school. Grown-ups who haven’t yet forgotten how to be surprised are welcome to attend.
